Pros: Very fast No noticeable motion blur or overshoot Out of the box colors are incredible Console support for 1440p 120hz Easy to navigate menu with joystick Cons: I don’t have anything to complain about at all. This is a great monitor. Overall Review: Before I get into the actual review, I want to tell you a little bit about myself. Before I make a purchase, I deep dive into a product. I look at every single piece of information I can find and learn as much as possible, positive and negative. I spent months doing research on different types of panels and performance of a bunch of different monitors. I got this monitor for my Dad. He is coming from a 1080p 60hz VA panel. He recently got the Xbox Series X and wasnt happy with is because he claimed he didnt notice a difference from his Xbox One. I explained to him that its the monitor that doesnt match the specs of the new console. I picked this up for him for his birthday. He immediately noticed a difference and is loving the clarity and smoothness at 1440p 120hz. I tried it out and have no complaints. Gigabyte has been killing the game with their SS IPS monitors. This is the 3rd Gigabyte monitor ive bought and i love all 3 of them. I will continue recommending gigabyte monitors. They are making great panels at great prices. Great job Gigabyte!!!!

Overall great value monitor. Make sure to download the Gigabyte OSD sidekick app to configure the monitor’s settings. You might also need to update the firmware.

Pros: – KVM switch is (probably) really nice for someone with a separate work and personal computer. !!! ONE OF THEM REQUIRES USB-C SUPPORT !!! possibly more requirements i dont know – I have not used it (besides verifying it works) at time of writing but I am sure it will be pog once I get a longer USB-C cable – KVM appears to add no noticeable input lag — and I am very sensitive to that type of thing. I will update review if something amiss arises. – Very nice upgrade from 1080p 24″, everything looks crisper. – Great amount of real estate for programming + other tasks – Colors are nice out of the box, even if they are oversaturated (I use the sRGB preset now, will probably make my own profile later) – Responsiveness is nice. I don’t notice any difference between my old monitor – I don’t notice any weird backlight bleed or IPS glow or dead pixels or ANYTHING (the pictures look crazy (but I hardly notice AND probably didn’t do the test correctly. I got a window right above me and my mousepad is bright pink) This actually makes me think all these photos I saw making me worry about getting an IPS panel are from people who are crazy picky or like me.. did something wrong probably. I see 0 issue with my monitor. – I have a budget VA panel and the blacks are a lot more dark on this monitor (how? idk. budget things I guess.) – Packaging was very secure Cons: – Did not come with a USB-C cable in the box, though Newegg shipped one as a gift (and it arrived a few days later) but I cannot guarantee that practice will continue. – USB-C cable that was gifted is only 1m, and I cannot reach either side of my setup where the work laptop would sit with such a short length. (See pictures) Even if my laptop was set beside the monitor, the cable would barely reach. (Set laptop on left side, laptop’s USB-C is on left side of laptop; set laptop on right side, USB-C is on left side of monitor + has to travel a little further) – User manual nor instructional video has no explicit mention of how to set up the KVM — I had to watch a random video to learn it REQUIRES a USB-C compatible computer – KVM has only 2 standard USB ports so I don’t have the option of also tagging along my audio interface. (though that’s not a problem for me, my work laptop is not for meetings) Overall Review: I would highly recommend this monitor for the price ($350 on sale) it is a huge upgrade for me in all aspects of browsing. Previously I had a 24″ Sceptre 144hz VA panel that did the job for gaming and an old BenQ TN panel that acted as a second monitor and this panel blows them both out of the water. The KVM adds great additional value for anyone who works at home (or simply has multiple computers)

The process and everything went well but when I got my monitor it was beat up the box was torn, and the monitor came apart from the edge I had to try to put back together, however the monitor was damage and they are careless.

Pros: Great specs for an IPS, large screen size, good viewing angles. Cons: Now on monitor #3 through the RMA process and all of them so far have multiple dead and stuck pixels scattered within the central viewing area of the screen. Overall Review: It’s a nice screen, but it is pretty frustrating to pay this much for a product and have it arrive with so many dead pixels out of the box. I have gone through the RMA process for 3 of these now; we will see if I have the patience to go much further if the 4th arrives with more dead pixels in the center of the screen.
