They appear to be new and unused. These are portable(the case is great and convenient), comfortable (I can wear them just about all day at the office without issue), and while perhaps not quite the world’s very best soul-enlightening audio the sound is still absolutely top-tier. I’m also not a qualified audiophile type of person so probably can’t judge them accurately versus other top bluetooth headphones. Only other headphone I’ve used that MIGHT have sounded better were apple airpod max’s and they cost significantly more, aren’t as portable, and lack some of the compatability features (I use a Samsung phone). I would definitely recommend these, nothing else at the price point comes close.

Pros: Sound quality is good, the fit is fantastic, battery life is wonderful, and the app has so many settings you can’t shake a stick at it. You can set it to cancel out wind noise when driving, to focus on voices so you can still hear people talking, its absolutely wonderful Cons: Firstly, if you buy these, also buy a separate charging cord. The one you get is like, five inches long, and unless you want to leave your headphones dangling from the wall, buy one Second problem, bluetooth itself. Despite being able to connect two devices at the same time, it can only work with one THING at a time. So, you can’t say, play games, and talk on discord at the same time, so if you’re looking for a headset for just a computer, get something else, this won’t satisfy you. Overall Review: Very very good! If you want more than straight noise cancelling, these are the headphones for you! No problem with the seller, they were only missing the box itself, and sony offers options for an extended full warranty including accidental damage!
