Great light weight computer, comes on faster then the one it replaced, picture is better and the battery seems to be lasting many hours longer than my old one a great improvement hopefully it lasts 8 years or more

Great laptop – performs well, sleek design, lightweight. However, I’ve only had the laptop for less than 45 days and I’ve already noticed a slight crack in the screen. Apparently, this is fairly common between the Surface 3 and Surface 4 laptops. Reaching out to Microsoft for service/replacement. Not eligible for return at Best Buy (most products are given a 15 window for returns).
