Pros: It feels solid and looks attractive but not overly flashy. The OLED panel looks great. Even at 50% brightness it’s quite bright so I am less worried about causing burn in. Although there have been reports of pulse width modulation potentially being an issue, I have not noticed this. Taking photos at a high speed shows that PWM only kicks in below 50% brightness. When it does kick in, it is implemented as a series of black bars moving from the top to the bottom of the screen rather than the whole screen turning on and off, so it should be less noticeable even to sensitive eyes. I really like having a built in SD card reader and space for a second SSD. These are both very useful features for video editing. I installed a 2gb SSD in the 2nd slot for data storage, and will use the original SSD for software. Cons: There are some issues with the software that comes preinstalled. The NVIDIA control panel was missing and the SD card reader always thought my cards needed to be formatted. I resolved everything by doing a fresh install of Windows, and getting an older driver version for the SD card reader (v v10.0.17763.21314) There are a bunch of stickers that come on the laptop which I also recommend removing. Overall Review: I wanted a thin laptop that I could use for game development & video editing, + some gaming. The Aero really delivers on this! So far it has been working quite well.

Pros: I love how I could easily remove the back of the laptop and add another 8GB of ram and another NVME SSD. I got the 8GB version with 256GB but it was so easy to upgrade. Took 5 minutes. Now I got 16gb of ram and 2.25 TB of storage. That’s the main reason I got this device. And once you go OLED you cant go back. I have an LG OLED and it ruined IPS screens for me. 60FPS is not an issue to me. Oh and the SD card reader in there? Thank you. Lots of good ports. Number pad. This is really just great they included that. Another reason I was sold Cons: This is minor but I’d like if the charging port was type c. Also no laptops do this but if the port was HDMI in and I could use other devices, that would be amazing. I’d upgrade to the new series instantly. I wish there was a way to use other gaming devices on this amazing screen without streaming services. Overall Review: I have no regrets purchasing this device. I am primarily playing older games so the 1660ti handles them at 4k. For my money I am happy, nothing else could compete.
