Pros: I’ve always purchased HP product for the last 15 years inkjet and now i have switched to Brother Toner printer the best thing I did for my business. this is a quiet. efficient workhorse. the updated scanning software is far better than the previous version. easy to use, relatively fast, and so far no problems.

For a home laser printer I think this might be the best one that you can find. I did all my research app and this being a laser printer will yield lots and lots of copies also I love the two-sided feature and using the brother utilities you can scan into folders and easily email somewhere so it pretty much does everything your office will need

It is a good MC, but it did not come with right toner. I requested replacement of TN 360 with TN 760. I have not received replacement as of this date.Wrong toner

Pros: My household has, VERY, light printer usage. I shy away from inkjets, because they clog with lack of use. So far, this thing has been a champ. It wakes up, quickly, when i do request a print job. I love it being wireless, that is very convenient, since we don’t have a single, non-mobile, device in the household. It even double-sided prints, effortlessly. I use it to scan, more than I do for printing, which it also does excellently. Overall Review: I wasn’t looking for a cheap printer. I was looking for a good, reliable printer, that exceeded my family’s requirements, was hassle free, was wireless and would be an excellent investment. This printer has been all of that.

I know this printer for 2 years. This is to replace another. Price “new, unboxed” seemed great at $180 (new around +$260). Received okay but this is refurbished and was groaning and grinding as soon as I plugged it in! Bottom line, out of all the functions, scanning, copying, auto feeder on top, etc….it ONLY works as a printer. So I bought a refurbished, single function printer only. Oh yeah, all the error lights stay on and it never goes to sleep like the new model. But it prints fine. When will I learn? As soon as I get over my sorrow I will start looking for new one, same model. I guess I will let toner run out then rebuy at loss.
